Investment Week proudly unveils Asia Focus, an informative half day event exclusively developed for the industry's most important asset allocators, taking place in The Cumberland Hotel in London on Tuesday 22nd May 2012.

As China enters the Year of the Dragon, it continues to grow at such a pace that it has prompted the IMF to predict the country will overtake the US as the largest economy within five years. China's growth and inflation rate are high whilst the country's debt is falling. In this volatile market, both the Renminbi and the Japanese yen are the only two major currencies that have strengthened against the US dollar.

This event will discuss both the long-term and short-term economic outlook for the Asia-Pacific region, showcasing investment opportunities and identifying challenges investors may face. Fund Managers will further discuss how the Japanese economy is recovering and rebuilding following the devastating Tsunami in 2011 and demonstrate the undervalued corporate sector that makes selective investment in Japanese stocks attractive.

Boardroom sessions will run in simultaneous groups with the delegates remaining in their allocated seminar rooms and the speakers moving sequentially between rooms to deliver their presentations to each group in turn. A maximum of 10 delegates per room, will allow attendees to be more involved in discussions with the Fund Managers.
